Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Greek-inspired packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
